Sometimes good peeps go bad. That's all I can assume from this picture, taken of a manhole cover near my house. I can't imagine why you'd throw out perfectly good peeps onto the ground. My imagination worked overtime for a few minutes and then I focused back on important things like where my next meal was comng from.
